I provide custom sewing services for home decor soft furnishings like throw pillows, box cushions, and sofa slipcovers.

Other projects, such as Christmas stockings, placemats, and table runners, may also be available upon request.

PRICING IS FOR LABOR ONLY. All materials must be purchased separately by you.

Decorative Pillow Covers

All pillow covers are made with an invisible zipper closure, included in the price. If you would like a different type of closure, just let me know!

STARTING PRICES

  • Knife Edge Pillow $35
  • Lumbar Pillow $45
  • Bolster Pillow $45

ADD-ONS

  • Interfacing +$7.50 – Some fabrics may require the use of interfacing (a backing material) for thickness and durability. This will be discussed beforehand on whether it is needed.
  • Flanges or Cord (COM*) +$10
  • Piping +$15
  • Ruffles +$25
  • Gather & Button $20 – For bolster pillow only.

Box Cushions & Slipcovers

  • In-Home Consultation & Measuring $75 – When needed for on-site measurements and fitting. Travel within 20 miles is included. Additional mileage is $0.75/mile round trip.
  • Inspection $2/yard – To check customer-provided fabric for flaws before starting your project. If an issue is found, I will reach out before proceeding.
  • Pre-Shrink Wash $2.50/yard – When needed to prevent shrinkage after your finished item is washed. Whether pre-washing is required will depend on the fabric and intended care of the finished piece.
  • Cutting & Handling $4/yard – For preparing, laying out, and cutting fabric before sewing.

Turnaround Time

When you deliver all materials, timelines and delivery dates will be discussed.

Orders are usually complete within 10-15 business days. Does not include holidays and vacation dates that span that time.
